會員升等優惠
12個月內累積消費（基本會員累積消費HKD$1000即升級銀級會員，銀級會員累積消費HKD$2500即升級金級會員，金級會員累積消費HKD$4000即升級白金會員）即符合升等資格，升等後12個月內消費可享會員等級專屬折扣優惠，現買現折，回饋金額無上限。
會員登入後可至〔我的帳戶〕中的〔個人資訊〕查看目前所屬的會員等級與專屬優惠。
運費優惠
客户服務部同事將會不定時通知會員享用運費優惠。
購物金發放條件
滿額送購物金：單筆商品消費滿100元，啟動滿額購物金回饋，依會員等級贈送（銀級會員2%，金級會員2%，白金會員3%）。舉例：消費100元，銀級會員可以獲得購物金2元。
必須先登入會員再結帳才有滿額購物金：滿額送購物金是會員獨享的制度，會員必須在登入狀態下結帳才有資格獲贈購物金。如於結帳時候勾選“我要成為會員”將不被計算為登入狀態，訂單金額即便符合生效條件也不會獲得購物金。
訂單顯示「已付款」狀態及符合贈送的條件，才發送購物金給會員。
訂單折扣後的小計金額，在不帶入運費及附加費的情況下，如有達到所設定的滿額贈門檻，才會發送購物金。
購物金使用方法
消費滿$300啟動購物金折抵，單筆最高折抵上限為訂單總額的20%，每次發放的購物金使用期限依購物金類別區分。
登入會員後，可從『商店購物金』查詢現有購物金餘額、使用期限。
每筆訂單可手動選擇折抵購物金金額，或選擇不折抵購物金。
生日福利
會員生日前一日將會收到生日折扣碼的電郵，折扣碼只限網店使用，Waddy Outlet及購物車附有*產品會被排除在外，不適用於所有優惠。
購物車只能使用一組優惠卷。
生日禮物則需到門市領取
會員生日當天及生日後30天內，前往銅鑼灣門店消費滿HK$88即可領取價值高達$1200神秘生日大禮，會員到門市領取禮物時需要核對其生日郵件、會員id，並有機會需要出示證件。
會員續會資格
12個月內累積消費（銀級會員累積消費HKD$1000則維持銀級會員，金級會員累積消費HKD$2500則維持金級會員，白金級會員累積消費HKD$4000則維持白金級會員）依等級續會下年度會員資格。舉例1/1加入官網會員消費$1000，晉升為銀級會員，12個月內再次消費累計金額達到$1000，明年度可續會銀級會員享有優惠。
會員注意事項
系統在每天結束後12點（GMT+8）自動更新會員資格，查閱會員是否達到升級、續會等條件。
會員升級與續約條件以12個月為基準，在消費後12個月內累積消費金額滿額即可享有升級或續會資格。
會員升級以付款狀態為「已付款」且訂單狀態不為「已取消」的訂單金額為累積基準。
若無註冊/登入會員系統，將無法累積升級成為折扣會員。
會員消費累積金額恕無法跨帳號合併。
會員優惠與全店優惠不可同時併用，系統會於結帳時自動選取較優惠方式折抵。

新會員登記
網店申請成為新會員
成功註冊後正價產品買滿HKD$400即減HKD$50，只限首次訂單才能使用。
門市申請成為新會員
第一次消費時正價貨品買滿HK$300即享30元購物金使用。
消費後可獲20元購物金供下一次購物使用。20元購物金將會在第一次門市消費後7至14個工作天內派發。20元購物金的使用期限為派發日期的90天內。
