Question 1: Are all your products genuine?
Answer: Yes, we are both sellers and users, and we fully understand our customers’ pursuit of product quality.
Our goods are all picked up from agents and are guaranteed to be genuine.
Question 2: Do you have any stores? Can I buy it in person?
Answer: We currently have 2 stores, located at SOLO 1/F, 41-43 Carnarvon Road, Tsim Sha Tsui Room 122 , business hours 12-11pm;
The other one is on the 1st floor, 541 Lockhart Road, Causeway Bay . The business hours are 12:00 am - 11:00 pm.

Question 3: I am a newbie and have no relevant experience. How should I choose products?
Answer: You can Whatsapp first Contact us via , Instagram or FaceBook , and we will carefully select the products you need.
Question 4: How to deliver? Do I need to pay shipping cost?
Answer: We provide a variety of delivery methods. Local delivery includes Shipplus, SF Express, same-day express delivery, etc.;
International delivery includes UPS, Fedex, DHL, Qunatium, Postal EMS and other courier company services, as well as export services through third-party suppliers. For more details, please refer here
Question 5: How to pay? What payment methods are available?
Answer: We provide the following payment methods: AlipayHK , FPS, credit card, PayPal, PayMe, Octopus , bank debit, Google Pay, Apple Pay, etc.
In addition to using credit card, PayPal, Google Pay, and Apple Pay, after customers who use other payment methods complete the payment, please upload a transfer screenshot or WhatsApp to wa.me/85252062328 for confirmation so that we can process your order as soon as possible.
Question 6: If I pay with a credit card, will the purchase of adult products be shown on my monthly statement?
Answer: No, only the abbreviation "WDS-TST" will appear on the bill, and no other words related to adult products will appear.
Question 7: Do I have to be a member to purchase?
Answer: No, visitors can also purchase, but we still recommend that you register as a member first to track your orders and enjoy our special promotions for members.
Question 8: How is the product packaged? Will others know the content of the product?
Answer: No. We use confidential packaging to protect privacy and avoid embarrassment.
Question 9: Do your products come with maintenance? Can I return it if I find something wrong?
Answer: Due to the nature of the product, returns are not available for all products (except for products that are not damaged or defective by humans). If you find a defect after receiving the product, please be sure to contact our store immediately for follow-up.
For non-single-use toys, the warranty period for most of our products is within 1 year after purchase. Customers can arrange maintenance and repairs during the warranty period.
