You only need to make an appointment 5-10 minutes in advance, and you can go to our two stores to arrange product maintenance follow-up.
** All bad goods do not provide instant one-for-one service**
Product maintenance application process:
- Complete the product maintenance form and be sure to provide correct information to avoid delays.
- After filling out the form, you can return the problematic product at any time. To expedite processing, please write down your order number, name, contact information and the words "Broken Goods Replacement" on a piece of paper and return it to our location together with the product.
- Shipping: Send by shipping and provide SF tracking number
- Store: Bring products to picking location yourself
- After receiving the returned product from the customer, we will conduct a simple test; if it is confirmed that the product is defective, we will arrange for the defective product to be sent to the manufacturer for exchange.
- When we receive new goods from the manufacturer, our customer service colleagues will notify the customer via Whatsapp; at the same time, they will fill in a form with the customer to arrange how to pick up the product.
- Shipping: Please provide the SF tracking number after sending via collect .
- Self-pickup: After store colleagues receive the goods, they will Whatsapp to notify the customer to pick them up.
Due to the tight manpower, we will not accept any product maintenance without an appointment , even if the customer comes to the store in person ; this way, the relevant departments can centrally handle all product maintenance follow-up.
Please note that the manufacturer needs to receive the defective product before arranging to send out a new product. The whole process will take approximately 14 to 21 working days starting from the time we receive the returned product from the customer. If the product has been discontinued, the manufacturer may arrange products of the same style but in other colors or even with similar functions as replacements, depending on the arrangements of different manufacturers.
At the same time, we hope that customers can go to our two stores to pick up products in person. Most importantly, they can check immediately to ensure that there are no problems with the products before leaving, thereby reducing the chance of needing to visit again for the same incident.
